WasteReuse Forum “Towards Sustainable Use of Agricultural Waste” – Brussels 12 May 2015
The WasteReuse project in collaboration with the European Economic and Social Committee is organising a stakeholders Forum on Tuesday 12th May 2015, in Brussels.
The Forum, entitled “Towards Sustainable Use of Agricultural Waste” will provide briefing on latest research results and practical experiences regarding the sustainability of agricultural and organic waste types to be reused in farming and will give an opportunity to environmental and agricultural sector representatives and to other stakeholders to discuss the key challenges related to sustainable agriculture and waste treatment and to contribute in these areas.
The main objectives of the WasteReuse Forum are:
- to provide the opportunity to the WasteReuse partners to disseminate findings, results and experiences from the project to relevant communities and stakeholders;
- to receive valuable feedback from the stakeholders
- to identify pathways for future research and implementation of WasteReuse outputs.
- to explore issues of sustainable agriculture, pertinent with Agriculture Waste management
